We work with Medicare and most third party insurance benefit plans. However, many of our services, such as tinnitus treatment, are not covered by standard insurance. Our goal at Apollo Audiology is to go above and beyond to provide a treatment plan tailored to you without the limitations on quality and long term follow up that is often imposed by managed care. We, therefore, do not submit claims for standard insurance, but are happy to provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
Audiologists are health care professionals who diagnose, manage, and treat hearing, balance, and tinnitus disorders. Audiologists are required to have both completed a doctoral degree in audiology from an accredited school and have earned a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology in order to practice. Audiologists have specialized education and training in disorders of the ear so that clinical decisions are built on a foundation of medical expertise.
Apollo Audiology partners with leading hearing aid manufacturers including Phonak, Oticon, Signia, and more. Additionally, we provide services for Oticon Medical bone conduction hearing aids.
Yes! We welcome patients who have obtained hearing aids from other clinics. Apollo Audiology can provide programming, repairs, and additional support to ensure that your hearing aids continue to work effectively for your needs.
If you have a sudden change in hearing, contact an Ear, Nose, Throat specialist immediately and let them know you have had a sudden hearing loss. Our office can get you in quickly for a hearing evaluation, as well as following up with any hearing needs following the medical assessment by the ENT.
